School-life support lessons

In Itoigawa, for those elementary and middle school students who are citizens of a foreign country and do not understand Japanese, lessons for assistance with school life are offered by volunteers in order to help students adjust quickly to the Japanese school routine.

The support lesson contents include such things as learning the Japanese language and rules involved in school life.

If you have children who are citizens of a foreign country and would like to have them attend a Japanese elementary or middle school, please inquire as follows.

*For children and students who are citizens of a foreign country, submitting an Application for Authorization to Attend School is required.

Please download the following application and submit it to the Itoigawa Education Committee.
