The Niigata International Association provides multi-lingual telephone consultation service to help non-Japanese residents and their families who may be suffering from various problems. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

*The multi-lingual consultation service is authorized by the Niigata International Association to the Niigata Help Association, a non-governmental organization based in Niigata.
（１）Languages Available:

（２）Service Hours for English Speakers at NIA Office:
Every Second and Fourth Monday of the month at 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
First and Third Thursday of the month at 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
First Friday of the month at 9:00 AM - 12:00 NN
（３）Telephone Consultation Service Hours:
In case of an emergency, telephone calls during other times not regularly during our service hours will be accepted. However, if you get an answer from the answering machine, please leave your name and telephone number so that we will be able contact you as soon as possible.
